Ceridian releases an annual Pulse of Talent guide based on survey data collected from employees in different industries all around the globe. The data is synthesized and presented in a straightforward narrative accompanied by visually compelling charts. This guide iteration was fast-tracked through the usual process of a month and completed in under two weeks. I was able to design the layout and build out the charts in a matter of two days. This guide was also the first to be given sole consideration as a digital piece; though contentious at the time, it set the precedent for all reports and guides in the future.
